Description

The Molave is a single artificial lily stem in white, with several open blooms gathered at the top of a long green stem. Each bloom has broad, softly veined petals with a faint green blush at the throat and bright yellow stamens, and a papery golden sheath wraps the stem where the flowers divide. The stem is a deep green for most of its length and pales to cream at the base, much as a freshly cut stem does. It stands 63cm tall and the head of flowers spreads 21cm across, so it reads clearly from across a room without crowding a shelf or a table.

We like it in a tall, narrow vase on a sideboard, a hall console or a bedroom chest of drawers, where the long stem lets the white blooms sit well clear of the rim.
