Description

The Mirax is a black rectangular wall light combining a swivel LED reading head with an integrated USB charging port built into the backplate. The 3W integrated LED delivers warm 3000K light through an adjustable cylindrical head that pivots on a ball joint, allowing the beam to be directed precisely at a book, bedside table or desk surface. The USB port sits flush in the backplate below the rocker switch.

Designed for bedside reading and hotel applications, the Mirax fits above headboards in bedrooms, next to armchairs in living rooms, and flanking beds in hospitality installations where both directed task light and device charging are needed in a single compact fitting. The reading head can be angled up for ambient wash lighting or down for focused task light on a surface 300-600mm from the wall. The 186mm height and 70mm projection keep the fitting tight to the wall without protruding into circulation space.

The matt black metal construction gives a low-sheen finish that reduces reflections and pairs cleanly with industrial, mid-century and contemporary bedroom schemes. The rectangular backplate mounts directly to the wall with two concealed fixings behind the plate, leaving no visible screws once installed. The IP20 rating restricts use to dry interior locations only. The 3W LED output is calibrated for close-range reading rather than general room illumination, making the Mirax a task light to complement overhead ceiling fittings rather than replace them.
