Description

This miniature goldfish figurine is made from glass in a bright orange, small enough to sit in the palm of your hand. Its body is flecked with patches of pale blue and white, and a round black and white eye sits on each side of its head, with a little pouting mouth at the front. A tall fin rises from its back, a forked tail sweeps out behind, and the smaller fins underneath are lined with fine ridges that catch the light. It stands 5.5cm tall, 7cm wide and 3cm deep, so it takes up very little room wherever you put it.

Because it is so small, this goldfish suits the spots where a larger ornament would crowd things. On a windowsill the daylight comes through the orange glass and makes it glow, and it is just as happy on a bookshelf, a desk, a mantelpiece or a bedside table.
