Description

The Mantra Mini is a 450mm square flush ceiling light built around a white aluminium frame with an opal glass diffuser that covers five E27 bulb positions. The fixture sits 200mm below the ceiling, projecting less than most semi-flush designs while still creating standoff for the diffuser to cast light downwards and sideways rather than trapping it flat against the ceiling.

Designed for rooms with ceiling heights of 2.4-2.7m where a pendant would hang too low, the Mini works in hallways, bedrooms, home offices and living rooms needing overhead ambient light without visual clutter. The square footprint gives the fitting geometric presence on a ceiling plane without the dominant circular form of most flush lights. The opal diffuser softens the five E27 sources into uniform output, hiding individual bulb positions when the light is on.

The white powder-coated aluminium frame weighs 3.5kg and fixes to a standard UK ceiling rose via the baseplate. Dimmability depends on the bulbs fitted — standard E27 LED bulbs at 6-10W per position give total output around 30-50W equivalent, with dimmer compatibility varying by LED driver design. The opal glass is a translucent milk-white rather than clear, so filament-style bulbs do not show through as sharply as they would behind clear glass.
