Description

The Mercury 4-gang extension lead provides four additional 13A sockets on a 1m white cable terminated with a standard UK 3-pin plug. The unit is rated at 13A total load across all four outlets and complies with BS1363/A, the UK standard for socket outlets and plugs. Each socket accepts standard UK 3-pin plugs and the red neon indicator switches on each outlet show at a glance which sockets are live.

Designed for close-range power distribution, the 1m cable suits desktops, bedside tables, kitchen counters and small workshop benches where additional outlets are needed within arm's reach of an existing wall socket. The compact housing sits flat on a surface or can be cable-tied to a desk leg or shelf support. The short cable reduces trip hazards and cable clutter compared to longer extension leads in tight spaces.

The white ABS housing resists everyday knocks and the moulded cable entry strain-relieves the connection between cable and body. The four outlets are spaced to allow three standard UK plugs to be inserted simultaneously, with the fourth outlet typically blocked if a transformer or USB charging brick is used in the adjacent position.
