Description

The Mayflower is a 660mm diameter chandelier carrying six E27 bulbs arranged on curved arms radiating from a central column, each fitted with an etched amber glass shade held in a yoke-mount bracket. The frame is finished in olde bronze, a warm-toned antiqued metal finish that sits between brushed bronze and oil-rubbed bronze in tone. Decorative cast tension knobs at the joints and turned detailing on the central column reference traditional gas-light fittings from the early 20th century.

Designed for dining rooms with tables seating 6-8 people, entrance halls with ceiling heights of 2.7m or above, and larger living rooms where a traditional centrepiece is needed, the Mayflower provides ambient light through six independently-switched circuits (if wired accordingly) or as a single switched group. The 689mm minimum drop to 2214mm maximum drop range is adjusted during installation by shortening the 1524mm chain, allowing the chandelier to sit 700-900mm above a dining table or higher in a double-height entrance hall.

The etched amber glass diffuses the light from each bulb, reducing glare and casting a warm glow through the textured surface.
