Description

The Mara is a 64cm 3-light chandelier with three arched chrome arms radiating from a central sculpted column, each arm supporting a pleated black fabric shade over an E14 fitting. The polished chrome frame curves outward in symmetrical loops below each shade, with a small crystal droplet suspended at the base of each loop as an accent detail.

Designed for dining rooms and formal spaces with ceiling heights of 2.4m or higher, the Mara hangs on an adjustable chain offering a drop range between 650mm and 2500mm. The 64cm diameter suits dining tables for four to six people or smaller entrance halls where overhead space is limited. The E14 fittings accept candle-style bulbs (sold separately), allowing users to choose LED, halogen or filament lamps depending on preference for colour temperature and dimming capability.

What bulbs does it take?

The Mara takes three E14 (small Edison screw) bulbs, commonly called candle bulbs due to their shape. Bulbs are sold separately. Most users pair this chandelier with 4-6W warm-white LED candle bulbs at 2700K-3000K.

What ceiling height is needed?

The minimum drop is 650mm. For a dining table the chandelier typically hangs 700-800mm above the surface, which requires a ceiling height of at least 2.4m. Higher ceilings can use the full 2500mm adjustable drop to lower the fitting into the dining zone.

Can the shades be removed for cleaning?

The pleated fabric shades clip or slide onto the lamp holders and can be removed for dusting. Use a soft brush or microfibre cloth to remove dust from the pleats. The polished chrome frame can be wiped with a damp cloth and dried immediately to prevent water spots.
