Description
The MAH PRO is a 1200mm LED batten built for damp and exposed locations, running at a selectable 38, 34.5, 27.5 or 22W from a 220-240V AC mains supply. At its top setting it delivers 6100 lumens, stepping down to 5600, 4550 or 3750 lumens as the power is reduced, with a fixed 4000K cool white tone and a wide 110 degree beam that spreads light evenly along its length. American buyers will recognise this format as an LED shop light or wraparound fixture, the linear workhorse fitting used across garages and utility areas.
Across a 1200mm run this batten covers around 12 to 20 m² at general lighting levels, depending on the output setting chosen, making it well matched to single and double garages, workshops, sheds and car ports. The selectable wattage lets one fitting suit several spaces, and because it is rated IP66 it copes with washdown, dust and direct outdoor exposure rather than just sheltered cover. For larger areas the units sit comfortably in a row, spaced to give consistent brightness across walkways, store rooms and damp utility runs.
The body is moulded polycarbonate in a grey finish, rated IP66 for weatherproofing and IK08 against knocks, so it stands up to garage and workshop conditions. It mounts to either ceiling or wall and is not dimmable, running at whichever fixed wattage step is set during install. With a rated lifespan of 100,000 hours and a weight of just 1.37 kg, it is a low-maintenance choice. The MAH PRO range also includes emergency and sensor variants for sites that need them.

Frequently Asked
Where is this batten typically used?
It suits garages, workshops, car ports, sheds and damp utility areas where a robust linear fitting is needed. The IP66 rating means it can be used in fully exposed outdoor and wet locations as well as covered ones. Its 110 degree beam spreads light evenly along the 1200mm length.
Is it weatherproof enough for outdoor and wet areas?
Yes. The IP66 rating protects against dust ingress and powerful water jets, so it is suitable for exposed outdoor positions and washdown environments. The IK08 rating also gives it good resistance to impacts.
Can several be linked in a run?
The units are designed to sit in a row to light longer spaces such as walkways and store rooms. Space them to suit the area and the chosen output setting so brightness stays consistent. Each is wired to the 220-240V AC mains supply.
How do I clean and maintain it?
Wipe the polycarbonate body with a soft, damp cloth and avoid abrasive cleaners that could scratch the surface. Make sure the fitting is switched off and cool before cleaning. With a 100,000 hour lifespan and no replaceable parts, ongoing maintenance is minimal.
