Description

The MAGfire BD1 Reflective Long Range Kit extends the detection range of ESP MAGfire BD1 photoelectric beam detectors from the standard 60m to 120m by using three white reflective panels. The kit replaces the standard reflector included with the BD1 detector, providing the increased reflectivity needed to maintain reliable beam operation over longer distances.

Designed for large open spaces such as warehouses, atriums, industrial halls and outdoor perimeters where standard reflector range is insufficient, the kit suits installations where mounting opposite walls at distances up to 120m apart is necessary. Each reflective panel measures 115mm wide by 150mm high and features a diagonal pattern of raised reflective cells that maximise the return signal to the detector head.

The three panels are mounted together to form a single reflective array, positioned directly opposite the BD1 detector head. The white finish makes the reflector visible for alignment during installation, while the reflective cell pattern maintains beam stability across temperature variation and atmospheric conditions typical in unheated industrial and semi-outdoor environments. The kit weighs 0.2kg and ships with mounting hardware.
