Description

The Luneth Small is a 350mm tall alabaster wall light built around a cylindrical column of natural Spanish alabaster, held within a curved brushed brass cradle that wraps the lower half of the stone. An integrated 8W LED at 3000K runs the length of the alabaster, turning the stone itself into the diffuser and casting warm light upward and downward against the wall.

At 120mm wide and 350mm tall, the Luneth Small suits hallways, bedside positions, bathroom flanks (subject to zone), and either side of a fireplace, mirror or piece of artwork. The compact footprint allows it to be used in pairs without dominating a wall, and the vertical format works well in narrower spaces where a horizontal fitting would feel cramped. Hard-wired to 230V mains via a concealed back plate.

The 60mm diameter alabaster column is cut from a single piece of natural Spanish stone, so each fitting shows different mineral veining and tonal variation when lit. The brushed brass cradle is finished to a low-sheen warm gold that pairs with the soft white of the alabaster rather than competing with it. The curved geometry of the brass mirrors the rounded ends of the stone, giving the fitting a continuous, sculpted profile from every angle.

Yes. The light source is an integrated 8W LED rated at 3000K (warm white) on 230V mains, so no separate bulb is needed. As the LED is integrated, it cannot be replaced by the end user.

Is it suitable for use in a bathroom?

The fitting is not supplied with a stated IP rating, so it should not be installed in bathroom zones 0, 1 or 2. It can be used in bathrooms outside the splash zones (zone 3 or outside the zoned area) where local wiring regulations allow.

Does the alabaster vary between fittings?

Yes. Each 60mm column is cut from natural Spanish alabaster, so the veining, translucency and tonal variation differ between individual pieces. This is a feature of the natural material rather than a defect.

Can it be installed as a pair?

The compact 120mm width and 350mm height make the Luneth Small well suited to paired installation, for example flanking a mirror, fireplace, bed or doorway. Each fitting is hard-wired independently to a 230V supply.
