Description

The Lunaro is a 650mm table lamp built from a green marble cylinder base, a brushed brass stem and a cream drum shade. The marble plinth carries pale white veining through a deep green ground, and a brass finial caps the shade. A single E27 lamp socket sits inside the shade, accepting any standard Edison-screw bulb up to the rating shown in the Specification tab.

Sized for sideboards, console tables, hallway tables and bedside use where a 360mm shade diameter sits comfortably without overhanging the surface. The 650mm overall height places the bulb above seated eye level when used on a low console, and the cream PVC shade softens the light into ambient rather than task output. The inline cord switch on the flex allows the lamp to be turned on and off without reaching the bulb.

Each marble base is cut from natural stone, so the veining pattern, depth of green and amount of white movement varies between individual pieces. The brushed brass stem has a low-sheen finish that picks up warm tones from surrounding lighting without producing hard reflections. Combined weight of the marble plinth and metal stem keeps the lamp stable on polished surfaces, and the wider 360mm shade balances the slim brass column visually.

What bulb does it take?

The Lunaro takes a single E27 (Edison screw) bulb, sold separately. A warm-white LED between 6-10W and 2700K-3000K pairs well with the cream shade for ambient bedside or sideboard light.

Is the green marble pattern the same on every lamp?

No. Each marble plinth is cut from natural stone, so the veining, distribution of white movement and depth of green vary between pieces. This is a feature of the natural material rather than a defect.

How is it switched on and off?

The lamp is operated by an inline cord switch on the mains flex, so it can be turned on and off without reaching the bulb or the shade.

How is the marble cleaned?

Wipe the marble base with a dry, soft microfibre cloth. For more stubborn marks, a barely-damp cloth with distilled water is acceptable. Avoid acidic household cleaners, sprays and polishes, as these can etch or stain natural marble.
