Description

The Lucia is a 44cm sculptural LED table lamp built from two opposing acrylic hemispheres, one tinted amber and one frosted white, mounted around a central spherical light source on a slim white metal stem and circular base. The integrated 20W LED at 3000K sits at the join of the two domes, lighting both halves from the inside and giving the lamp two distinct visual characters depending on viewing angle.

Designed as a decorative table lamp rather than a focused reading light, the Lucia suits console tables, sideboards, dressing tables and bedside positions where soft ambient light and a sculptural silhouette matter more than directional task output. The 30cm diameter shade and 44cm overall height keep the footprint compact enough for narrow consoles, while the white metal base balances the visual weight of the larger upper hemisphere. A small toggle switch on the stem operates the lamp directly.

The amber acrylic dome casts a warm, tinted glow on one side while the frosted white half diffuses a softer, neutral light on the other, so the lamp reads differently from each side of the room. The white powder-coated metal base and stem give a clean contrast against the translucent shade, and the integrated LED removes the need to source a bulb or worry about heat build-up inside the enclosed shade.
