Description

The Lua is a 500mm flush ceiling light with a pleated ash grey fabric shade mounted on a matching ash grey metal frame. The fabric shade sits 225mm below the ceiling rose, making it suitable for rooms with ceiling heights of 2.3m or lower where a pendant drop would hang too close to head height. Three E27 bulbs fit inside the shade (sold separately), with light diffused through the pleated fabric and out through the open bottom of the drum.

Designed for bedrooms, living rooms, hallways and home offices where ceiling height limits pendant options, the Lua provides ambient light without creating harsh shadows. The pleated fabric softens the light output while the ash grey tone pairs with both cool greys and warmer neutral palettes. The 500mm diameter provides enough coverage for rooms up to 4m x 4m without dominating the ceiling plane.

The pleated fabric shade is stretched over a metal ring frame and secured to the central metal housing, which contains the three E27 lampholders and the ceiling plate. The total weight of 2.5kg fits standard UK ceiling roses without requiring additional support.
