Description

The LTL-E is a linear track light head built on a slim 1200 x 35 x 65 mm body, drawing 24W and delivering 2160 to 2400 lumens depending on the chosen tone. It is colour selectable across 3000K, 4000K and 6500K, so the same fitting moves from warm white to cool daylight. The asymmetric 130 degrees by 105 degrees beam spreads light along a run rather than in a tight circle, which suits the elongated format. Track lighting like this lets you point the output where it is needed, and US buyers will recognise it as a linear track head.

Designed for indoor track runs, the LTL-E works well over retail displays, gallery walls, kitchen worktops and open-plan living spaces where adjustable light is useful. Because it mounts onto track rather than a fixed point, you can slide and angle it as a layout changes, and add or remove further heads along the same run. The wide asymmetric beam washes a shelf, counter or wall surface evenly along its length instead of pooling light, making it well suited to grazing artwork or signage. It carries an IP20 rating and is for dry indoor use only.

The head is moulded in polycarbonate with a black finish and weighs just 356 g, keeping load on the track low. It runs on 220 to 240V AC and is not dimmable. The driver is not supplied with this head, so specify a compatible one to suit your track system. Mounting is via the track adaptor, and the fitting is rated to 50,000 hours with a CRI of Ra 80. Further heads and lengths are available across the LTL-E range to build a complete run.

What is track lighting and how does it work?

Track lighting uses a powered rail onto which individual heads clip and lock. The LTL-E head takes power directly from the track, so once the rail is wired in you can position the fitting anywhere along it. This lets you direct light precisely without separate wiring for each point.

Can I add or move heads as my layout changes?

Yes. The LTL-E clips onto a compatible track and can be slid, re-angled or removed at any time. You can add more heads along the same run up to the track's rated capacity, which makes it easy to adapt the lighting as a room or display changes.

How do I change the colour temperature?

The LTL-E is colour selectable between 3000K warm white, 4000K neutral white and 6500K cool daylight. The tone is chosen on the fitting itself, so you can match the same head to different settings without buying separate versions.

Switch off the track and let the head cool, then wipe the polycarbonate body and lens with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth. Avoid solvents or abrasive cleaners, which can mark the black finish and the lens surface.
