Description

The LTL is a linear LED track light running up to 38W from a 220-240V AC supply, delivering up to 5325 lumens with a 90 degree beam for broad, even coverage along its 1144mm length. Known across the US as a track light too, it clips onto a continuous track rail so the head can be slid and angled wherever light is wanted. Colour temperature is selectable across 3000K, 3500K and 4000K, moving from warm white through to a cleaner neutral white, and a Ra 90 colour rendering keeps tones looking accurate.

The wide 90 degree spread and long linear body make this head well suited to washing light across retail displays, gallery walls, open-plan kitchens and studio or workshop benches, throwing light over a generous stretch rather than a tight spot. Because it is track mounted it works best where a run of track is fixed to the ceiling, letting several heads share one circuit and be repositioned as a layout changes. It is rated IP20 for dry indoor use only, so keep it clear of bathrooms, porches and any outdoor or damp location.

The body is aluminium alloy in a white finish, weighing 1.20kg and measuring 1144 x 61 x 84 mm. No driver is supplied, so a compatible track driver should be specified to suit the installation, and the fitting is not dimmable. It mounts onto three-phase track via its track adaptor, with a rated lifespan of 50,000 hours. The wider LTL range covers further track heads and lengths to build out a single continuous lighting scheme.

Track lighting is a system where one or more light heads clip onto a fixed track rail that carries the power. This LTL head slides along the track and can be angled to direct its 90 degree beam where it is needed, so you can light several areas from a single run. It is ideal where you want flexible, repositionable lighting rather than fixed points.

What track does the LTL fit?

It is designed for three-phase track and mounts via its track adaptor. Three-phase track lets multiple heads share one rail across separate circuits, which is useful for larger retail or open-plan layouts. Check that your existing track is a compatible three-phase type before fitting.

Can the colour temperature be changed?

Yes, this head is colour selectable across 3000K, 3500K and 4000K. That lets you set a warmer 3000K tone for relaxed spaces or a neutral 4000K white for task and display areas. The Ra 90 colour rendering keeps colours looking natural at every setting.

Can heads be added or moved as the layout changes?

Yes, that is the main advantage of a track system. Additional LTL heads can be added along the same track and existing heads slid and re-angled at any time without rewiring. This makes it easy to adapt the lighting as a room or display is rearranged.
