Description

The Loewe is a 2-light wall light built on polished chrome arms that cross in an X-formation behind two bubbled glass spheres, each topped with a cream organza shade. The two E14 bulb fittings (bulbs sold separately) sit behind the cream shades, diffusing light softly into the room. A built-in switch on the chrome backplate allows the light to be turned on and off directly at the fitting without needing a separate wall switch.

Designed for bedrooms, hallways and lounge spaces where bedside or reading light is needed close to a seating or sleeping position, the Loewe mounts on a standard UK single-gang back box or directly to the wall via the backplate. The 190mm projection keeps the shades clear of the wall while maintaining a compact footprint suitable for narrower hallways. The Loewe takes two E14 (small Edison screw) bulbs, sold separately. Most users pair this with warm-white LED candle bulbs between 4-6W and 2700K-3000K for ambient bedroom or lounge lighting.

Is it dimmable?

Yes, when paired with dimmable E14 bulbs and a compatible dimmer switch. The built-in switch on the backplate is an on/off rocker switch, not a dimmer. Dimming requires a separate wall dimmer in the circuit.
