Description

This photo frame pairs a brown MDF front with a soft macrame rainbow and a string of pastel beads, and carries the words "Our Little Boy" printed along the bottom edge in pale blue capitals. The rainbow sits at the top in bands of soft sage blue, coral and yellow, finished with cream tassels, and a row of beads in natural, pale yellow and peach tones runs along a cord either side of it. The front has a distressed, wood-effect finish grooved into planks. It takes a single 6 x 4in photograph in a rectangular window, and the frame measures 22.4cm on its longer side, 14.8cm on its shorter side and 3cm deep.

Suited to a baby boy or toddler up to three years old, it is a keepsake for his nursery or bedroom rather than a toy, and it sits happily on a chest of drawers, a bookshelf or a windowsill. An easel stand on the back makes it freestanding, so it needs no wall or fixings and moves easily from the nursery to a bedside table or a mantelpiece.
