Description

The Lily is a 550mm semi-flush ceiling light built around six hand-shaped frosted glass pieces arranged on a polished chrome frame. Each glass element curves and tapers like a natural leaf, sandblasted to a soft white finish that diffuses light from six G9 bulbs (sold separately). The polished chrome canopy and central stem hold the glass pieces in a radial pattern, creating a sculptural form that sits 350mm below the ceiling.

Designed for living rooms, dining rooms and bedrooms with standard ceiling heights of 2.4m or above, the Lily provides ambient light across a 4-5m space. The semi-flush mounting positions the fitting close to the ceiling rather than suspended on a pendant drop, making it suitable for rooms where a full chandelier would hang too low. The frosted glass softens the light output, reducing glare while the polished chrome reflects additional brightness back into the room.

Each glass leaf is individually shaped and sandblasted, so minor variations in curvature and surface texture occur between pieces. The combined weight of the glass and chrome frame totals 3.4kg, requiring a ceiling rose capable of supporting fittings in this weight range. Wipe gently with a dry microfibre cloth to remove dust. For more stubborn marks, a barely-damp cloth with plain water is acceptable. Avoid household sprays or chemical cleaners, as they can leave residue on the sandblasted surface.
