Description

The Laurin 110x70 1O G B is a compact round ceiling light that takes a single GU10 PAR16 lamp rated up to 10W, running on a 220-240V AC mains supply. It is supplied as the fitting without a lamp, so the light output, beam and colour temperature follow whichever GU10 you choose. The body measures 110 by 70 by 110 mm, giving a neat profile that works equally well fixed to a ceiling or mounted on a wall. As an integrated-style spot fixture, this is the kind of fitting US buyers would recognise as a flush mount ceiling light.

This fitting suits hallways, landings, small bedrooms, studies and similar indoor spaces where one accent or general-purpose spot is enough. Because the lamp is not included, coverage depends entirely on the GU10 fitted: a wide-beam lamp spreads light for general use, while a narrow beam concentrates it onto a feature or work surface. For broader rooms, several Laurin spots can be grouped to build up the level you need. Can it be fixed to a wall as well as a ceiling?

Yes. The Laurin is rated for both wall and ceiling mounting, so it can sit overhead as a downward spot or on a wall as a directional accent. At 250 g it is light enough for quick installation in either position.

How do I clean and maintain it?

Switch off the supply and let any fitted lamp cool first, then wipe the aluminium alloy body with a soft, dry or barely damp cloth. Avoid solvents or abrasive cleaners so the black and gold finish stays intact.
