Description

This little snow globe holds a grey and white kitten in a red Santa hat, peeping over the top of a red box dotted with gold, with sprigs of holly at its feet. The dome sits on a red Christmas boot with a curly white fur cuff, a white cord bow finished with two pompoms, a cluster of green holly leaves with gold berries, and a white snowflake and raised pattern of lines and dots across the toe. White glitter flakes drift around the kitten inside the dome, so every gentle shake brings a fresh little snowfall. The boot is made in resin, also known as polystone, and the whole piece stands 6.6cm high, 6cm wide and 5cm deep.

At this size it fits the small spots where Christmas often gets squeezed in: the end of a mantelpiece, a windowsill, a bookshelf, a bedside table or a desk. The red and white colouring sits happily with traditional decorations and gold accents, and the kitten adds a playful touch to a festive shelf.
