Description

The Kitesurf Loop Under is a 1200mm linear suspension light built around a horizontal white metal bar intersecting a 400mm frosted white acrylic ring. Two integrated LED modules — one running the length of the bar, one inside the ring — deliver a combined 2400 lumens at 3000K through the frosted diffuser, casting warm ambient light below and around the fitting.

Designed for kitchen islands, dining tables and office workspaces where linear task and ambient light are both needed, the Kitesurf works in rooms with ceiling heights of 2.4m or above. The 450-1500mm adjustable drop allows the fitting to sit 700-900mm above a worktop or 750-850mm above a dining table depending on ceiling height. The white metal canopy and cable concealment give a clean finish against white or light-toned ceilings.

The ring adds width and visual interest to what would otherwise be a straight linear bar, creating a layered composition when viewed from the side or at an angle. The frosted acrylic diffuses the LED evenly, avoiding visible hotspots or striping across the length of the bar. At 3.7kg the fitting requires secure ceiling fixing into joists or a rated ceiling rose, particularly at the maximum 1500mm drop where leverage increases. The non-dimmable LED operates on standard 230V mains and draws 30W total.
