Description

The Kitesurf is a 15cm circular LED wall light with a matte white finish and a half-disc accent insert that bisects the ring. An integrated 8W LED runs around the inside of the circle, casting 640 lumens of warm 3000K light outward in a 120° beam. The half-disc detail creates a subtle shadow line and gives the fitting a three-dimensional profile when viewed from the side.

Designed for hallways, bedrooms, living room accent walls and staircases where compact ambient lighting is needed without glare, the Kitesurf works best when mounted at mid-wall height or in clusters of two or three at staggered positions. The 48mm projection from the wall is shallow enough for narrow corridors but substantial enough that the half-disc element casts a visible shadow under direct ceiling light. The non-dimmable LED provides consistent warm white output across a lifespan rated at approximately 25,000 hours.

The matte white finish blends flush against white or off-white walls while providing contrast against darker painted surfaces and exposed brickwork. The Kitesurf is the smallest fitting in Mantra's Kitesurf collection, which also includes 20cm and 25cm diameter versions — the three sizes can be arranged in vertical or diagonal groupings to create a layered wall composition. The fitting weighs 0.75kg and mounts to a standard back box via two fixing screws concealed behind the faceplate.
