The Kinke is a 2-metre arc floor lamp built around a curved stainless steel frame finished in matt black, with a weighted 400mm circular base and an integrated hook at the end of the arc for hanging a pendant or lantern. The frame sweeps 1550mm out from the base before curving back down, positioning the hook approximately 1.8m above floor level at its highest point, clear of head height in most residential spaces.

Designed as a portable lighting support rather than a fixed ceiling pendant, the Kinke allows a hanging light fitting to be repositioned without rewiring or drilling. The weighted base provides stability for outdoor use on patios, terraces and gardens, where it can support weatherproof lanterns or outdoor-rated pendants up to approximately 5kg, and indoor use in living rooms, dining areas or conservatories where overhead ceiling fixings are not feasible or desired. The 15kg total weight of the frame keeps the lamp grounded on bare floors, decking and paving without tipping under typical outdoor wind loads.

The stainless steel construction resists corrosion in outdoor conditions, and the matt black powder-coat finish softens reflections under daylight.
