This grey wooden plaque gets straight to the point, with KING OF THE SHED printed in bold black capitals across its smooth rectangular face. A little silver-coloured tape measure charm hangs from one corner on a small ring, its tape marked out like a rule, a cheerful nod to the man who measures twice and cuts once. The face measures 15.5cm by 6.6cm and the plaque is 2cm deep, so it has a good chunky edge and the lettering reads clearly from across a workshop.

Hang it on the inside of the shed door, above a workbench or on a garage wall, wherever he keeps his tools and his peace and quiet.
