The Kenzo is a 2-light crystal wall light built around a floral-inspired French gold frame set with small Asfour crystal beads along each curved stem, three larger faceted crystal pendalogues suspended from the ends of the branches, and a polished gold backplate with an integrated rocker switch. Two G4 bulb holders sit within the flower heads, each taking a halogen capsule bulb up to 20W (bulbs sold separately).

Designed for hallways, dining rooms and beside-bed positions where a switched wall light removes the need for table lamps or overhead fittings, the Kenzo provides directed ambient light from a 260mm projection that clears picture rails and decorative mouldings. The integrated switch allows the light to be controlled without returning to the door switch, making it practical for bedside reading or hallway accent lighting where a pull-cord or wall dimmer is not installed. The 300mm width and 380mm height suit standard wall-mounting positions between 1.4m and 1.8m above floor level.

The French gold finish on the metal frame is a warmer, slightly antique tone compared to standard polished brass, pairing well with heritage interiors, warm neutrals and period colour palettes. Each crystal bead and pendalogue catches and refracts light from the two G4 bulbs, producing scattered highlights across walls and ceilings when lit. What bulbs does the Kenzo take?

Two G4 halogen capsule bulbs up to 20W each. G4 is a bi-pin base with 4mm spacing between pins. Bulbs are sold separately. Note: this fitting is not compatible with LED or CFL G4 bulbs due to transformer specifications.

Is the integrated switch a dimmer or on/off?

It is an on/off rocker switch mounted on the backplate. The light is dimmable via a trailing-edge wall dimmer on the mains circuit, but the integrated switch itself does not dim — it only toggles power.

How is the Kenzo fitted?

The backplate mounts to a standard UK single-gang back box or direct to the wall using screws and wall plugs. Wiring connects behind the backplate, which is then secured with a threaded nipple through the centre. The floral crystal frame attaches to the front of the backplate.

Can the crystals be removed for cleaning?

The small crystal beads are fixed to the metal frame and cannot be removed without damaging the fitting. The three hanging pendalogues are removable via small metal loops. Wipe crystals gently with a dry microfibre cloth — do not use spray cleaners on mounted crystals.
