Description

The Kamarne is a compact round LED downlight in a white finish, with an aluminium body and a faceted reflector set deep inside a smooth, gently dished bezel. It measures 8.8cm across, so the visible ring stays small and neat on a white ceiling. The LED is integrated, drawing 6W and giving 600 lumens of cool white light at 4000K, which reads crisp and clear rather than warm and yellow. It is rated IP20, which settles where it belongs: indoors, in dry rooms only, away from bathrooms and anywhere damp.

Cool white at 4000K suits the rooms where you want to see clearly: kitchens, hallways, home offices, utility rooms and landings. A run of these downlights across a hallway or kitchen ceiling gives even light without any fitting hanging into the room, which keeps a low ceiling uncluttered and sightlines clear. Because it is dimmable, you can bring it down for a calmer evening mood and run it at full output when you are cooking or working. There is no switch on the light itself; it is switched at the wall like your other ceiling lights.
