Description

The Jupiter is a 170mm wide outdoor wall light with a curved white powder-coated die-cast aluminium body and dual tempered glass diffusers that direct light both upward and downward. Rated IP54 for dust and splash protection, the fitting is designed for exterior walls, entranceways, garden boundaries and outdoor terraces where year-round exposure to UK weather requires a sealed construction. The single E27 bulb sits behind a sandblasted tempered glass diffuser that softens the light output.

Designed for residential and commercial building facades, the Jupiter provides ambient illumination rather than directional task light. The dual-direction glass diffusers create a wash effect on the wall above and below the fitting, highlighting texture on brick, render or timber cladding while lighting the area immediately in front of the wall. The 70mm projection from the wall gives the fitting enough forward presence to be seen from the side without protruding into narrow pathways or doorways.

The die-cast aluminium construction gives the fitting structural rigidity and corrosion resistance in coastal and high-humidity environments, while the powder-coated white finish resists UV degradation and surface staining from rain or dust. Wipe the powder-coated aluminium body with a damp cloth. The tempered glass diffusers can be cleaned with standard glass cleaner or a solution of warm water and washing-up liquid, avoiding abrasive materials that might scratch the sandblasted finish.
