The Jerbine is an outdoor wall light in black, built around a white plastic diffuser that sits inside an open cage of curved vertical bars, like a small lantern. The body is zinc-plated steel, and the lantern rises from a round holder fixed to a slim rectangular backplate. It measures 27.5cm in height and 16.5cm in length, and it projects 22.5cm from the wall, so it sits neatly beside a door without crowding a narrow porch. It takes an E27 bulb of up to 28W, which is not included. With an IP44 rating it is protected from splashing water, so it can live outdoors on a house wall through the British weather.

We see it working best beside a front or back door, on a garage wall or along a patio, wherever you want a welcoming light as you come home. The white diffuser hides the bulb from view and spreads its glow softly, while the black cage gives the fitting a lantern look by day as well as by night.
