Description

The Jack-Stone is an 8W LED wall light built from stainless steel with two asymmetrical rounded forms positioned to resemble overlapping pebbles. The front piece carries a polished nickel finish that reflects light across its curved surface, while the rear backing pieces are finished in brushed nickel, creating a dual-tone effect. An integrated 8W 3000K LED sits behind the polished nickel shell, casting warm white light out through the gap between the forms and bouncing wash lighting onto the wall behind.

Designed as ambient accent lighting for hallways, landings, living rooms and bedroom walls, the Jack-Stone provides indirect illumination rather than functional task light. The 36.3cm width and 26.9cm height give it presence on the wall without dominating typical 2.4m ceiling heights. The IP20 rating limits it to dry indoor locations only, not suitable for bathrooms, wet rooms or covered outdoor positions. Fitting requires mains voltage connection to a flush wall box or surface pattress, with the stainless steel backplate concealing the electrical terminations.

No. The 8W 3000K LED is integrated into the fitting and is not user-replaceable. The LED is rated for approximately 25,000 hours of operation, which equates to around 11 years at 6 hours per day.

Can it be used in a bathroom?

No. The IP20 rating means the Jack-Stone is suitable for dry indoor locations only. It does not carry the IP44 or IP65 rating required for bathroom zones or outdoor use.

How is it fitted to the wall?

The light requires mains voltage connection to a flush wall box or surface pattress. The stainless steel backplate mounts to the electrical box and conceals the cable terminations. Installation should be carried out by a qualified electrician.
