This IT photo frame sets a bold red and black design inside a chunky block of clear plastic. The front carries a red balloon holding the words Time to Float on a black panel scattered with red drops, while a red figure stands at the left edge behind a cracked glass pattern. A deep red band runs along the base with a fine looping red string, and the layers sit one behind another to give the 3D effect.
