India 2 Light Tiffany Table Lamp - Imperial Bronze

The Quoizel India is a 410mm-wide Tiffany-style table lamp with a conical stained glass shade set on an imperial bronze resin base. The shade features an Art Nouveau-inspired pattern in cream and amber rippled glass, bordered by bronze-coloured leading and accented with small turquoise blue glass jewels at symmetrical points across the design. Two E27 bulbs inside the shade (sold separately) light the glass from within, casting warm tones through the amber sections and highlighting the blue jewel details.

Designed for sideboards, console tables and bedside use in rooms with traditional, Arts and Crafts or vintage-inspired interiors, the lamp provides ambient lighting rather than focused task light. The dual-pull chain switches allow each bulb to be controlled independently, so the lamp can run on one bulb for low-level evening light or both for brighter illumination. At 495mm tall, the lamp sits comfortably on standard 700-900mm-high furniture without overwhelming the surface.

The imperial bronze base has a bulbous lower section with embossed leaf detailing and a turned column connecting to the shade holder. The stained glass is assembled in the traditional copper foil method, with each piece of glass wrapped in copper tape and soldered along the seams, giving the shade structural rigidity and authentic Tiffany-style construction. What bulbs does the India take?

The lamp takes two E27 (Edison screw) bulbs, each rated up to 60W maximum. Bulbs are sold separately. Most users pair this lamp with warm-white LED bulbs between 5-8W and 2200K-2700K to suit the amber-toned glass and create a warm ambient effect.

Can each bulb be switched independently?

Yes. The lamp has dual pull-chain switches, one for each bulb, allowing independent control. This lets you run the lamp on one bulb for low-level lighting or both bulbs for brighter illumination.

Is the shade genuine Tiffany glass?

The shade is made using the traditional Tiffany copper foil construction method, where each piece of stained glass is wrapped in copper tape and soldered. The base has a flat circular footprint approximately 160mm in diameter. It sits securely on any level surface and weighs approximately 3.5kg, providing stability without needing additional weighting. The resin base will not scratch polished wood if placed directly, but felt pads can be added if preferred.
