The Idun-E is a slim, round LED flush ceiling light, 21cm in diameter and just 3.1cm high, with a white plastic body and a frosted white plastic diffuser set inside a broad rim. The LED is integrated, so there is no bulb to buy or change, and it gives 1,600 lumens of cool white light at 4000K, a crisp, clear white that suits reading and close work. It carries an IP20 rating, and that settles where it belongs: indoors, in dry rooms, away from steam and splashing water.

Because it sits so close to the ceiling, the Idun-E suits rooms where headroom matters: a hallway, a landing, a study, a home office or a bedroom with a low ceiling. For a fitting of this size, 1,600 lumens is a generous output, and the cool white tone is a good match for spaces where you read, work or get ready in the morning.
