Each shade is moulded with an irregular, faceted surface that catches and diffuses light through the glass, creating a textured glow similar to backlit ice cubes. The four G9 bulb fittings sit inside the glass shades (bulbs sold separately), and the curved brass arms spiral outward from a central oval canopy.

Designed for rooms with standard or lower ceiling heights, the 210mm overall drop keeps the fitting close to the ceiling without blocking sightlines across the room. The 450mm width suits dining rooms, hallways, landings and bedroom ceilings where decorative ceiling lighting is needed without the drop length of a full pendant. What bulbs does it take?

The Ice Square takes four G9 capsule bulbs, sold separately. Most users fit 3-5W LED G9 bulbs in warm white (2700K-3000K) for ambient lighting. Maximum wattage depends on the bulb type — check individual bulb packaging for heat output.

Is it suitable for low ceilings?

Yes. The 210mm overall drop makes this a semi-flush fitting that sits close to the ceiling, suitable for rooms with ceiling heights of 2.4m or lower where a full pendant would hang too low.

Is the Ice Square dimmable?

The fitting is dimmable when paired with dimmable G9 LED bulbs and a compatible dimmer switch. Non-dimmable bulbs will not dim and may flicker or fail if used with a dimmer.
