Description

The Hinkley Hollis is a 2 light wall fitting with two seeded clear glass globes set in heritage brass caps, mounted on a curved brass arm and rectangular backplate. Each globe houses an E14 bulb (sold separately, up to 40W per socket) and the seeded texture in the glass scatters light while maintaining clarity. The IP44 rating allows the fitting to be used in bathroom zones 2 and 3, protecting against splashing water.

Designed for hallways, bathrooms, bedrooms and living areas where wall-mounted task or ambient lighting is needed, the 381mm width and 193mm projection suit walls with clear space either side. The twin-light configuration provides broader light spread than single-bulb wall lights, making it suitable for mirror lighting in bathrooms or flanking either side of a fireplace or feature wall. The curved brass arm and horizontal bar give the fitting an Art Deco silhouette without period reproduction detailing.

The heritage brass finish sits between polished brass and antique brass in tone, offering warmth without high reflectivity. The seeded glass texture breaks up the light source when the bulbs are visible, reducing glare when the fitting is mounted at eye level. At 230mm tall and weighing approximately 1.5kg, the Hollis mounts to standard UK back boxes and requires two fixing points for stability.
