The Holland is a 3 light linear pendant with three amber glass tulip-shaped shades held on sculpted leaf arms finished in brown and black oxide. Each shade sits on a curved metal arm that extends from a central cylindrical hub, creating a 560mm spread across the width of the fitting. The amber glass diffuses light from three G9 bulbs (sold separately, max 40W each), casting a warm glow through the translucent shades.

Designed for dining tables, kitchen islands and breakfast bars in spaces with ceiling heights of 2.4m or above, the Holland provides task and ambient light across a 1.2-1.6m surface. The drop is adjustable from 560mm to 790mm on installation via a telescopic rod, allowing the fitting to be positioned 650-750mm above a table or worktop depending on ceiling height. The square canopy measures approximately 120mm and fits standard UK ceiling roses.

The brown and black oxide finish on the metal frame provides a dual-tone effect where the brown sits on the raised edges of the leaf arms and the darker oxide fills the recesses, creating depth and visual interest under light. The amber glass shades have a clear outer layer with an amber tint that intensifies when the bulbs are lit, shifting from pale honey when off to richer amber-gold when illuminated. At 2.1kg the fitting has sufficient weight to hang stably without excessive sway from air movement.

Is the Holland dimmable?

Yes, when fitted with dimmable G9 bulbs. The fitting itself is compatible with dimmer switches, but you must use bulbs rated as dimmable. Most LED G9 bulbs now carry dimmer compatibility, but check the bulb packaging before purchasing.

What bulb does it take?

The Holland takes three G9 capsule bulbs up to 40W each (max total 120W). Bulbs are sold separately. For warm amber-toned light that complements the glass, choose 2700K-3000K warm white LED G9 bulbs.

What table size does it suit?

The 560mm diameter suits dining tables or kitchen islands between 1.2m and 1.6m wide. For longer islands or tables, consider using two Holland fittings spaced 1.2-1.5m apart to provide even coverage.

How is the drop adjusted?

The Holland uses a telescopic rod that extends from 560mm to 790mm. The adjustment is made during installation by sliding the inner rod to the desired length and locking it in place before hanging the fitting from the ceiling canopy.
