Description

The Haymarket is a 460mm industrial pendant light with a double-layered metal shade finished in weathered galvanized steel. The outer shade forms a wide, shallow drum with a stepped profile, while the inner shade sits concentrically below it, creating a horizontal band of light that emerges between the two layers. A single E27 bulb (sold separately, up to 60W) sits within the inner shade and directs most of its light downwards, with a controlled spill upwards illuminating the canopy and chain.

Designed for kitchen islands, dining tables and entry halls with ceiling heights of 2.4m or higher, the Haymarket pairs directional task lighting with industrial presence. The adjustable chain allows the pendant to hang between 343mm and 1911mm from the ceiling, making it adaptable to both standard and higher ceilings. At minimum drop the pendant sits close to the ceiling rose; at maximum drop it can be positioned 700-900mm above a worktop or table surface depending on room height.

The weathered galvanized finish is a grey-blue steel surface with intentional tonal variation and a matte texture that softens reflections under daylight. The finish has a vintage patina that suggests age and use rather than a pristine factory coat.
