Description

This hanging metal decoration brings the famous Privet Drive address from the Harry Potter story to your Christmas tree, in rich brick red and bright gold. The oval face carries the words PRIVET DRIVE and No 04 in tall, curling gold lettering, with a small house, a flying car, birds overhead and a scatter of letters drawn in raised gold lines around them. The red is a glossy epoxy fill set between those lines, so the gold detail stands proud and catches the light, and the whole face sits inside a polished gold rim. It hangs from a red ribbon printed with the words Harry Potter in gold, and measures 18cm high overall, 6.5cm wide and 0.3cm deep.

Its natural home is the Christmas tree, where the warm red sits happily among traditional baubles and the gold rim picks up the glow of the tree lights. It works just as well hung from a garland along the mantelpiece, a wreath, a door handle or a window latch, anywhere the lettering can be read up close. Being flat and only 0.3cm deep, it tucks neatly between branches and packs away easily with your other ornaments once the festivities are over.
