This Harry Potter porcelain mug carries the famous Platform 9¾ sign on one side and a railway poster style message on the other, in deep dark blue with rich gold detail. On the front, PLATFORM 9¾ runs across a gold scrolled banner in pale blue lettering, framed by gold brickwork, little stacked trunks and tiny gold stars. Turn it round and the words A MAGICAL JOURNEY, LONDON TO HOGWARTS and HOGWARTS EXPRESS sit in gold and blue beside a small round 9¾ platform badge. The mug is 9.8cm tall, 12.5cm wide and 8cm deep, and it holds 340ml. That is a generous size for a proper cup of tea or a large coffee.
