This ornate porcelain mug is dressed in the colours of Slytherin house from Harry Potter, with rich gold patterning set against a deep green body. One side carries the word SLYTHERIN on a curling banner, topped with a small ornate crest and set above a coiled serpent inside a sunburst of arrows. Turn it round and the words PRIDE AMBITION CUNNING arc across the other side in gold lettering. Between the two, gold starbursts and tiny four-point stars are scattered all the way round, and a gold rim and a glossy gold handle finish it off. It stands 9cm tall, 13cm wide and 9cm deep, a comfortable everyday size for a proper cup of tea or coffee.
