This porcelain mug brings the Ministry of Magic from the Harry Potter stories to your table, its name lettered in gleaming gold across a matt black body. On the front, MINISTRY OF MAGIC runs in tall, decorative capitals wrapped in curling flourishes. A small round seal sits at the top, and tiny gold stars are scattered around it. Turn it over and a large gold seal fills the back: a stylised M flanked by a pair of scales, ringed by the Latin motto IGNORANTIA JURIS NEMINEM EXCUSAT, which means ignorance of the law excuses no one. A gold rim circles the top, and a curved gold handle shaped with little scrolls finishes the look.
