Description

This collectable porcelain mug carries a gold scene of Hogsmeade, a village of steep rooftops and crooked chimneys tucked beneath a mountain, with the name itself lettered across the front in ornate gold type. The body is a deep dark blue with a soft matt finish, and the gold winds over it in swirling leaves, tiny stars and a little hanging lantern, so the whole picture glows against the colour. A gold rim runs round the top, and the handle is a bright gold scroll with a curl at its top. Inside, the cup is white, with a small gold boar on a navy roundel waiting at the bottom once your drink is finished.

It holds 340ml, a generous mug of tea or coffee, or a hot chocolate on a cold evening. Standing 9.8cm tall, 12.5cm wide and 8cm deep, it fits easily on a desk, a bedside table or the shelf by the kettle, and it looks just as at home on a bookcase between favourite reads when it is not in use.
