Harbor 6 Light Crystal Chandelier - Chrome

The Harbor is a 400mm crystal chandelier with six E14 bulb fittings arranged inside a chrome-plated metal drum, wrapped in rows of cut crystal pearls. A circular sandblasted glass plate closes the base of the drum, diffusing light downward while the crystal layer catches and refracts light outward through the sides. The chrome frame and crystal construction give the fitting a weight of approximately 3kg when fully assembled.

Designed for dining rooms, living rooms and entrance halls with ceiling heights of 2.4m or above, the Harbor suits spaces where ambient and decorative light are needed together. The adjustable steel suspension cables include automatic cable stoppers, allowing the drop to be set anywhere between 300mm and 1500mm during installation. The 400mm diameter works above round dining tables seating four to six, or as a centrepiece in a hallway or bedroom where a smaller chandelier is needed.

The cut crystal pearls are strung in horizontal rows around the drum, creating a textured outer layer that refracts light into small points across surrounding walls and ceilings when the bulbs are lit. The sandblasted glass diffuser softens the direct output from the six bulbs, preventing glare while maintaining enough downward light for task use over a table. The chrome finish on the metal frame presents as a high-polish reflective surface that pairs with both contemporary and classical interiors.

Manufactured by Ideal Lux in Italy, the Harbor carries a 5-year warranty and an IP20 rating suitable for dry indoor use. The chandelier is dimmable when paired with compatible E14 dimmable bulbs and a suitable dimmer switch on the lighting circuit.

What bulbs does the Harbor take?

The chandelier takes six E14 small Edison screw bulbs, sold separately. Most buyers pair this with 4-6W LED candle bulbs in warm white (2700K-3000K) for ambient dining room or living room use.

Is it dimmable?

Yes, when fitted with dimmable E14 bulbs and connected to a compatible dimmer switch on the lighting circuit. The chandelier frame itself does not restrict dimming.

What ceiling height is needed?

The suspension cables are adjustable from 300mm to 1500mm drop. For use above a dining table, the chandelier typically hangs 700-800mm above the table surface, which suits rooms with ceiling heights of 2.4m or above.

What size table does it suit?

The 400mm diameter works well above round tables seating four to six people, or rectangular tables up to 1.2m wide. For larger tables, consider positioning two Harbor chandeliers in a row or selecting a larger diameter fitting.
