Description

The Hanok V4 is a 1.2m linear suspension light with an integrated 38W LED producing 2850 lumens at 3000K warm white. The matt black aluminium body measures 1200mm long by 48mm wide, housing a frosted diffuser that distributes light across a 110° beam angle. The LED sits behind the diffuser, turning the entire length of the fitting into the light source rather than using multiple point sources.

Designed for kitchen islands, dining tables and workspaces where linear illumination is needed, the Hanok V4 works best when suspended 700-900mm above a worktop or table surface. The drop height is adjustable between 100mm minimum and 1600mm maximum on installation, allowing the fitting to be positioned correctly for ceiling heights between 2.4m and 3.5m. The narrow 48mm width means the light sits unobtrusively above an island without dominating sightlines across the room.

The matt black finish absorbs reflections rather than bouncing them back, making the fitting less visually intrusive in spaces with multiple light sources or large windows. The frosted diffuser hides the LED strip inside the housing and prevents glare when viewed from sitting or standing positions below the light. At 2.8kg the fitting requires a secure ceiling fixing capable of supporting the weight plus the suspension cables.

The Hanok V4 is not dimmable and runs on standard 220-240V mains. The 38W consumption is equivalent to approximately 280W of halogen output, providing sufficient task lighting for a 2-2.5m island or dining table without needing supplementary fittings.
