Description

The Habana is a telescopic table lamp with a black metal base and stem, polished chrome accents, and a height-adjustable mechanism that raises and lowers the lamp head between 300mm and 450mm. The stem extends and retracts smoothly, allowing the lamp to be configured as low bedside task lighting or raised higher for ambient wash light across a desk or console surface. The lamp accepts one E27 bulb (sold separately) and requires a separate shade (sold separately).

Designed for bedside tables, desks, and console tables where adjustable height adds functional flexibility, the Habana suits modern, industrial and monochrome interiors. The 140mm square footprint keeps the lamp compact on narrow surfaces, while the telescopic function removes the need for multiple lamps to serve different lighting tasks. Pair two on either side of a bed for symmetry, or use a single lamp on a desk where the height can be lowered for reading and raised when ambient light is needed.

The black metal frame provides structure without bulk, and the polished chrome detailing on the stem and fittings adds reflective contrast against the matt black base. The lamp head accepts any standard E27 bulb up to the wattage specified in the table below, and dimmer compatibility depends on the bulb type chosen. The interchangeable shade system means the lamp's appearance can be updated by switching shades as interior styling changes, without replacing the entire fitting. Is the shade in the photographs included?

No. The photographs show the fitting with a shade so you can judge its proportions, and the shade is not supplied. The fitting is sold on its own and takes a shade you choose separately.

Does the shade come with the lamp?

No. The Habana lamp is sold as a base only. Shades are sold separately. The product image shows the Habana Round Table Lamp Shade in black fitted to demonstrate the lamp's proportions and configuration, but that shade must be purchased separately.

What bulb does it take?

The lamp takes one E27 (Edison screw) bulb. Maximum wattage depends on the bulb type. Check the specification table. Most users pair this with a 6-10W LED in 2700K-3000K warm white for reading or ambient bedside lighting.

Is the height adjustment smooth or does it lock at set positions?

The telescopic stem extends and retracts smoothly and can be locked at any height between 300mm and 450mm, giving continuous adjustment rather than fixed click-stop positions.

Is it dimmable?

Dimmer compatibility depends on the bulb chosen. The lamp itself supports dimmable bulbs when paired with a compatible dimmer. LED bulbs marked as 'dimmable' will work with most trailing-edge dimmers; non-dimmable LEDs will not dim and may flicker.
