Description
This recessed downlight is a fixed ceiling fitting that accepts a single GU10 twist-lock lamp, which is supplied separately. Part of the Glozo range, it sits in a neat round trim measuring Ø82 mm, with a low 34 mm depth behind the ceiling line so it suits joists and shallow voids. The bulb is not included, leaving you free to pair it with the GU10 output, tone and beam that suit the room.
It drops into a standard 60mm cut-out and fits flush against the ceiling face once seated, giving a clean recessed finish across a kitchen, hallway, landing or living room. The position is fixed, so it directs light straight down rather than angling it, which works well laid out in an even grid for general ceiling lighting. With an IP20 rating it is intended for dry indoor rooms only, so keep it clear of bathroom zones and any exposed outdoor location.
The housing is steel with a matt brass finish, a warmer metallic look than the usual white or chrome trims. It takes a GU10 lamp up to a maximum of 10W via the twist-lock holder, making lamp changes quick from below. As the fitting carries no integral light source, dimming and colour depend entirely on the GU10 bulb you choose to fit.

Frequently Asked
Is a bulb included?
No, the downlight is supplied without a lamp. It accepts a single GU10 twist-lock bulb, rated up to a maximum of 10W, which you buy separately.
What size cut-out does it need?
It requires a 60mm cut-out in the ceiling. The trim is Ø82 mm overall and sits flush against the ceiling once the fitting is seated, with a 34 mm depth behind the surface.
Can it be used in a bathroom or outdoors?
No. It is rated IP20, which means it is suitable for dry indoor rooms only. Keep it out of bathroom shower and bath zones and away from any exposed outdoor location.
Can the downlight be tilted or angled?
No, this is a fixed-position fitting, so it directs light straight down. For an even spread, lay several out in a regular grid across the ceiling.
