The Gruissan is a 50mm matt black spherical pendant light with an integrated 5W LED producing 350 lumens of warm 3000K light through a narrow 20° beam angle. The sphere hangs from a black cylindrical ceiling canopy on a thin black cable adjustable between 100mm and 1300mm drop. Light exits downward through a small aperture at the base of the sphere, creating a focused spot rather than ambient wash.

Is the Gruissan dimmable?

No. The integrated LED is not compatible with dimmer switches. Attempting to dim the fitting may damage the driver or cause flickering.

What does the 20° beam angle mean in practice?

A 20° beam angle produces a narrow, focused pool of light directly below the fitting rather than wide ambient wash. Hung 700mm above a worktop, the light pool measures approximately 250mm diameter. This makes the Gruissan suitable for accent lighting and task lighting, not general room illumination.

Can multiple pendants be grouped together?

The 100mm minimum drop allows the pendant to sit close to the ceiling in rooms as low as 2.2m. For dining or worktop use, the pendant typically hangs 600-800mm above the surface, which works in rooms with 2.4m or higher ceilings. The cable is adjustable up to 1300mm drop during installation.
