Description

This little ceramic heart token comes in its own keepsake match box, with the word Granddaughter and the line "so special in every way" printed across its front. The word is written in gold lettering over a soft lilac brush stroke, and the line sits beneath it in dark lettering, with tiny stars and hearts in gold, silver and pale blue scattered around them. Turn it over and the back carries a picture of its own: two bears side by side, the smaller one holding a lilac balloon, beneath a grey and blue cloud with more stars and gold hearts. The heart is white with a smooth, glossy surface, and it measures 5cm high, 5cm wide and 1.6cm deep, so it rests comfortably in the palm of a hand.

At that size it is easy to keep close. It lies flat on a bedside table, a dressing table or a shelf of treasured things, and it can lean against its match box so the message faces the room.
