The Gosmelle is a slim, round LED downlight with a white steel body and a white plastic diffuser that spreads the light evenly across its face. It measures 28.5cm across and only 2.8cm deep, so it sits close to the ceiling and keeps a low profile even where the ceiling height is modest. The LED is integrated, drawing 20.5W and giving 2,500lm at 4000K, a cool white that reads crisp and clear rather than warm. Its IP44 rating settles where it can go: it is protected from splashing water, so it is not limited to dry rooms and can live outdoors as well as indoors.
