The Gosmelle LED downlight is a slim, round ceiling light in white, 21cm across and only 2.8cm deep, so it sits close to the ceiling and suits rooms where a hanging pendant would feel in the way. The body is white steel, and a white plastic diffuser covers the whole face of the disc. The light source is integrated LED, drawing 17W and giving 2,000 lumens of warm white light at 3000K, a comfortable, homely tone rather than a cool, clinical one. It is rated IP44, which means it is protected from splashing water, so it is not limited to dry rooms.
