The Gosmelle LED downlight is a round, slim recessed ceiling light in white, with a steel body and a flat white plastic diffuser framed by a narrow white trim. It measures 16.6cm across and needs only 2.6cm of recess depth, which makes it a sensible choice where the space above the ceiling is shallow. The light comes from integrated LEDs drawing 11W and giving 1,350 lumens at 3000K, a warm light that feels relaxed rather than clinical. It is rated IP20, so it belongs indoors in dry rooms, away from bathrooms and anywhere it could meet splashing water.
